IRE’s 2Apply application form now allows rental applicants to arrange for an Equifax National Tenancy Database Report to be attached to their application – at their expense.
It’s the report that agents want – with the same valuable information about identity, tenancy history, bankruptcy status and court history – when they want it, at no charge to the agent.
