So one of the main reasons why I’ve been using Inspect for so long is it’s really streamlined and freed up a lot of my time.
Probably the biggest advantage for me is that it automatically replies to my inquiries on realestate.com and it gives them booking times that book appointments straight into my calendar. So the great thing about me is I know that there’s a consistent delivery of service. Every buyer is always getting the same information.
I know that they are getting their questions answered and I know that every buyer is being followed up, and also gives me time to then plan my appointments and just work my diary better.
Probably one of the biggest advantages in using InspectRealEstate for sales and booking appointments is that we know who’s coming and how many people are coming to our upcoming appointments so we can staff appropriately. We had a property the other day where we had 40 inspections pre-registered so we knew that we needed five staff on hand to be able to handle that open home.
The other good thing about knowing who’s coming is typically we receive our offers on a Monday or a Tuesday night. The fact that we had seven buyers booked in for an inspection on the Saturday, we could then notify those seven buyers that we were likely to sell the property.
We’re able to get them all through earlier and as a result, we created a multiple offers scenario and that increased the final sale price for the seller by another $25,000. So yeah, if we were waiting for the open home, we either might’ve missed the sale, or if we were doing a traditional open home where we would have no idea who was coming, we wouldn’t be able to contact them. We would still have to run the open home and we’d have a whole ton of disappointed buyers that missed out because we couldn’t contact them and they couldn’t contact us.
