How does 2Apply work with 1form?
With 1form transitioning to Ignite, 2Apply provides agents with a highly customisable application form. As former property managers ourselves, we understand that you need detailed forms to get all the information you need to find out if a tenant is right for you or not.

Our software complements 1form and our new system is designed to maximise complete tenancy applications.
What information flows from REA 1form & Ignite applications to IRE’s AppTracker?
The information included in the Tenant Selection API, which can be consumed by external parties including IRE, includes: application information; property details including proposed rent; lease details; and applicant details.
How does the integration work between REA’s 1Form / Ignite and AppTracker?
When a consumer applies to a rental on realestate.com.au, a subset of information from the application is made available via REA’s ‘Tenant Selection API’ which is available via its Partner Platform. This integration is available to all realestate.com.au agencies and their data suppliers including IRE, and allows agencies to manage their tenant evaluation workflow in Ignite, or in external tools like IRE’s.
How do we turn on the integration?
The integration is enabled when agencies select IRE as their integration partner through REA’s Ignite. This toggle instantly allows all future applications submitted to be made available in the API and visible in AppTracker.
Do status updates in App Tracker flow into Ignite?
Yes, when an agency uses a third-party integration, like IRE’s, then statuses for the application will be passed back for the following statuses: withdrawn, approve and decline. That means agencies will see a consistent record of whose been approved or withdrawn into a property between IRE and REA.
Do I have to choose between REA + IRE for rental applications?
Both REA and IRE’s agency tools are designed to work closely together, and agencies do not need to choose between accepting rental applications from REA or IRE. Like 1form, Ignite will continue to enable seamless workflows across IRE and REA products.
Can we access Ignite application from AppTracker?
Similar to 1form, a link will be available within AppTracker which when clicked on will open the application in Ignite for you to view.
Will reference details still be sent to IRE?
No – not if the references are triggered through realetate.com.au. However, IRE has its own automatic reference checking function that is fully integrated with the rest of IRE’s application checking products.
