The appointment booking service is really good, even in instances where they can’t make the appointment they just reply back with a time that can suit them.

That’s been really really good it’s it’s kind of liberating feeling knowing that you’re turning up to an open home you’ve got three people booked in.

It’s handy for so many reasons like we can prepare the correct amount of marketing material to have on hand. We can have the information up to date for them.

We know who’s coming, We can give them a call. They get a reminder that the appointments on.

You book a haircut online. You book your doctor’s online. I don’t see why it’s unreasonable to book an inspection for looking at a property online

It has been working very very well!

Most the inquiry is actually just a request for information.

The information is going out immediately. It’s answering the majority of the questions that’s coming in in an instant

What’s even better is that a lot of the inquiry is coming in at very very late hours of the night and they’re getting a reply in very very late hours of the night, so they’re getting their questions answered.

I’ve had a lot of people just saying “We can’t believe how quickly you reply”

Probably the biggest advice is to spend the time planning in getting it set up because it’ll save you a ton of work down the track

We had Courtney come in and she was awesome!. We had it for half a day and she helped us get everything set up and teach us how to use it

We obviously had had to go back to school and learn a few technological things but once we got over all that and once we set it all up it’s just saved us a mountain of time since!
