Reference requests are then sent out automatically to employers, referees, and past agents, which means no more phone tag or sending privacy statements.

Our smart processing will also highlight any references that have come from a suspicious IP address, which will help you catch any applicants posing as their own referees.

After the applications have been automatically checked, the software then compares applications from different applicants, including assessing their capacity to afford the property, and then prepares beautiful reports of the top candidates for you to present to the owner.
