IRE combines forces with Reapit

We are pleased to announce that InspectRealEstate has proudly joined forces with prop-tech firm Reapit and its majority shareholder, Accel-KKR (a US private equity firm). Under the terms of the agreement, IRE joins the portfolio of companies operated by Reapit ANZ, which includes Agentbox, Agentpoint and Console in Australia and New Zealand.

Focus on clients will continue

IRE has always had a strong focus on helping our clients, property seekers and the property industry with our tech – and Reapit shares this focus.

We have developed friendships with many of our clients over the years, so finding an investor who shares our approach to agents and the property industry was a key factor in our search.

We greatly appreciate your continued support, and we look forward to continuing working closely with you, listening to your development requests and providing the support and service that helps you to be successful.

As IRE’s founders and shareholders, we (Andrew, Mike and Shaun) are keen to see our software and services continue to develop and improve so we want to reassure you that we will continue to work full-time in the business.

We love what we do, we want to continue to bring product innovations to you and the market, and we continue to be shareholders in the combined business.

Platform for growth

The new opportunity provides IRE with a great platform to fast-track our product development, particularly in the United Kingdom, as well as strengthen our market position in Australia and New Zealand.

By combining our strengths with Reapit’s existing product suite, IRE can help our clients achieve further productivity benefits by accelerating innovation and product development.

We want to expand IRE One, TenantApp, KeyWhere, 2Apply and Move Me In around the world and this opportunity brings us global expertise, which is what we’ve been looking for to help our little start-up go worldwide.
