Q. What will be included in the KeyWhere kit?
Your purchase includes one panel, a power supply, a bag of tags, hooks, mounting, assembly tools, and reference stickers to help you remember the light indications. To use your panels, there is an additional monthly subscription fee to access the accompanying software.
Q. Does it need power/electricity?
Of course, you’ll need to place the panel close enough to a power outlet to use the included power supply.
Q. Does the system need to be connected to the internet?
We can help you get connected so you can start using the software. A WiFi connection (2.4GHz) is required to connect the cabinet, but if you’re having trouble with availability or range, please contact us and we’ll work on a solution together.
Q. How secure is my data?
In order to ensure the security of your data, we have a 2-step verification process for logging into the software. We take the protection of your information very seriously and are committed to taking any and all steps necessary to keep it secure.
Q. What about warranty & maintenance?
We offer a full 2-year warranty against defects and workmanship of the panels. If one of your hooks breaks, don’t worry! We will be able to send you a replacement that you can easily insert on your KeyWhere panel.
