INSPECT REAL ESTATE – OUR IMPRESSIONS

It is with a great deal of pleasure that I have the opportunity to provide some of our initial observations and impressions of the InspectRealEstate system.

I have been a Property Manager for over 30 years, 26 of them with Ray White Gladstone. I would have only dreamed of such a system in my earlier years (yes, I was excited over my first fax machine in 1986), and although I embrace change with the utmost enthusiasm it can often take some for new software to settle in and prove its functionality and worth.

InspectRealEstate has already proven to be incredibly intuitive, this is just not software in the traditional sense, it is a comprehensive real estate booking and reporting system that provides the glue in a property management department where letting procedures have traditionally fallen into the cracks or have simply been lost in translation.

We have embraced InspectRealEstate to the point where we installed the KPI Dashboard n a 100cm LED Monitor in our property management department, it is that good. Our inspections have become streamlined, the bookings have increased, and the general synergy within our team has become so much better … the left hand always knows what the right hand is doing during the critical period between vacancy and re-letting.

But most importantly, our customers are embracing the system and our level of customer service is simply streets ahead of our competitors.
