I commenced as Department Manager at Ray White Wantirna in August 2014. One of the first things I requested my Director allow me to implement was InspectRealEstate as I had been advised by a previous colleague how much it had changed their department and reduced not only their phone traffic, but the time they spent responding to email enquiries and eliminated Property Managers standing at Open for Inspections for 15 minutes and having no-one attend. Since implementing it has become a very important part of our Department that I could not live without and I truly wish it was around 8 years ago for most of my career!
We have found it assists in educating our owners on the current market conditions and provides fantastic communication to our owners and prompt feedback following inspections. Also providing detailed reports which include statistics like days vacant and loss of rent. Another added bonus is Apptracker which we also finds reduces phone traffic as it is continuously keeping prospective tenants up to date with the application process.
Throughout the whole installation process the support was fantastic from Lana, and now I am in regular contact with Emily regarding any questions I have which are answered immediately!
There is no doubt in my mind that this fantastic technology has become and will remain a part of all real estate agents lives in years to come and if you are not yet using it, I strongly suggest you do!
